LiteSolve: A GUI for open source CFD solvers

LiteSolve is an open source, lightweight GUI which helps process step files, create/edit case files and running them. Built using Python, VTK, Cadquery, OCCT, Foamlib & PySide6.

The current build offers Openfoam integration with planned support for other open source solvers in future builds.
